With a proven track record for success in real estate management and redevelopment, CCR is owned and operated by Karee’ & Jacob Martin, we take pride in creating jobs, completing challenging projects and adding to the revitalization of our community.
From the beginning, Karee’ and Jacob Martin had a goal to work together in real estate doing what they love and wanted to share their passion of real estate with others by networking and assisting in revitalizing communities in Columbus, Ohio. Through the years, they have developed a solid foundation of real estate knowledge, investor contacts, subcontractors, cash buyers and the expertise necessary to navigate any transaction; and have the integrity to follow up on promises.
They possess a passion for real estate combined with talented individuals they both have an uncompromising drive to succeed.
Karee Martin
Prior to joining Central Contractor’s & Redevelopment, LLC, Karee worked as a District Property Manager in the commercial and residential real estate sector overseeing portfolios of 500 million sq. ft+ of space and teams as large as 42+, along with all cap ex projects and maintenance staff, she also worked as a Project Administrator for a (National Redeveloper) and there she learned how to submit RFP, later she went on to work as a Commercial Project Administrator for a large medical REIT, she’s spent 20 + years overseeing the cap ex budget, service contract agreements, subcontractors, onsite property management and maintenance technicians and has been responsible for the overall scope of work on both commercial and residential capital improvements.
Her experience in handling and comparing project bids/analysis, capital improvements, employee management and budget have always been effective to increasing the clients bottom-line.
Jacob Martin
Jacob Martin serves as Chief Operating Officer and Head Working Foreman for Central Contractor’s Redevelopment, LLC, and has 17+ years of real estate industry experience. Mr. Martin is responsible for vetting and training all trades, oversees construction project management, meets with city inspectors to ensure we are abiding by state and local permitting, creates material list quality control and operates the brokerage of acquired homes at below market value utilizing the wholesale method.
Jacob also has the capabilities to handle the day-to-day functions of the most challenging projects.
In addition, he has been responsible for all PO’s, unit walk throughs and generating of most wholesale contracts for
purchasing of new homes and kicking off our rehab and new construction projects from start to finish all while working closely with Karee’ to meet the client’s objectives, budget and timeline of completion.
